Includes one  baby shower Personalized Name & Date Vinyl Decal, measuring approximately 12"x12". Assembly is Required. Inflate the balloon using a balloon pump, electric pump or helium. Do not use your mouth to inflate. Peel off the adhesive transfer paper and press the vinyl letters onto the provided 24" Clear latex balloon (once inflated). This product includes 2 Clear 24" Balloons.
